What it costs, how long it takes, and what happens on the rare occasion a courier loses the plot.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and to most of the GCC, Europe, the United Kingdom and North America. If your country is not on a courier’s list, message us before ordering and we will find out.

Timings and cost

  • Dubai — same day on orders confirmed before 15:00, otherwise next day. AED 20.
  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Sharjah — 1 to 2 working days. AED 30.
  • Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain — 1 to 3 working days. AED 30.
  • GCC — 3 to 6 working days. From AED 70.
  • International — 5 to 12 working days. Quoted at confirmation.

Delivery is calculated at checkout by emirate and is charged on every order — there is no free-delivery threshold.

Timings run from the moment we confirm your order and take payment, not from the moment you send the message.

How dispatch works

Because every order is confirmed by a person, nothing ships before we have told you it is in the room. Once the parcel is with the courier we send you the tracking number where the courier provides one.

Orders confirmed on a Friday or a public holiday go out the next working day.

Duties and customs

UAE orders include VAT and carry no further charges.

For international orders, any import duty or tax is set by the destination country and is payable by you on delivery. We cannot calculate it in advance and cannot mark a parcel as a gift or under-declare its value.

Addresses

Give us a building name, an area and a phone number the courier can reach — in this region a street address alone is often not enough. If a parcel comes back to us because nobody could be reached, redelivery is charged at the standard rate.

An address can be changed free of charge until the parcel is handed to the courier.

If a parcel is late or lost

Message us with your order and we will open a trace with the courier the same day. If a parcel is confirmed lost, you choose a replacement or a full refund, including delivery — you do not wait for the courier to settle with us first.

Collection in person

Collection can be arranged in Dubai by appointment. Ask on WhatsApp and we will give you a time and a place.
